This cookie policy explains how Fundment Limited (“Fundment”, “we”, “us” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our marketing website. In this policy, references to “our websites” mean our marketing website (www.fundment.com) and the platform sign-in (login.fundment.com) together. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

Our Websites use cookies for security, to better understand how you use and interact with our Websites and to distinguish you from other users. This helps us to provide you with a positive experience when you visit our Websites and also allows us to improve them.

A cookie is a small file of letters and numbers that we store on your browser or the hard drive of your computer.

How your choices apply across fundment.com

Our marketing website (www.fundment.com) and the platform sign-in (login.fundment.com) are part of the same fundment.com domain, and cookies are set at that domain level. This means the cookie choices you make on our website apply across fundment.com. The strictly necessary cookies that keep the platform sign-in secure and working remain in place across the domain, as they are required for the service to function.

Managing your cookies

When you first visit our marketing website, a cookie banner asks how you would like to continue:

  • Accept all: we set the strictly necessary cookies and our analytics cookies.

  • Accept essential: we set only the strictly necessary cookies; our analytics cookies are not set.

  • Manage preferences: you choose which non-essential cookies to allow. Our analytics cookies are switched off by default; you turn them on and save if you want them.

We do not set any analytics cookies until you make a choice. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the “Update cookie preferences” link in the footer of every page, and we will remember your choice for 180 days. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, although if you block strictly necessary cookies some parts of the website may not work properly.

How we classify the cookies we use

We use a system of cookie classification developed by the International Chamber of Commerce. This allows us to classify the different types of cookies we use on our Websites and provide you with more information about why we use them. Our cookies are categorised as follows:

  • Strictly necessary cookies: These are cookies that are required for the operation of our Websites. They include, for example, cookies that enable you to log into secure areas.

  • Analytical/performance cookies: These are cookies that allow us to recognise and count the number of visitors to our Websites and to see how visitors move around our Websites when they are using them. This helps us to improve the way our Websites work, for example, by ensuring that users are finding what they are looking for easily.

  • Functionality cookies: These are cookies that are used to recognise you when you return to our Websites. This enables us to personalise our content for you, greet you by name and remember your preferences (for example, your choice of language or region).

At launch we use strictly necessary cookies and, if you agree, first-party analytics cookies used with our analytics providers, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. We do not currently use functionality cookies, or advertising or marketing cookies on our marketing website; if that changes we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.

Similar technologies

In addition, when we send you an email, we may track whether you have opened that email and whether you have clicked any links it may contain. This helps us measure the level and type of interaction we have generated in response to our emails. We do this by including single pixel gifs, also called web beacons, in emails we send. Web beacons allow us to collect the following information about you when you open the email: your IP address, your browser and email client type or other similar details and whether you have clicked on any links embedded in the email.

Changes to our cookie policy

Any changes we may make to this cookie policy in the future will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to you by e-mail. Please check back frequently to see any updates or changes to our cookie policy.
